Temporary-to-Hire
This option provides both the organization and the temporary hire with the opportunity to evaluate "job fit".
The employee remains on the Integrity Staffing payroll until completing a designated number of hours or the client may choose to pay an early transfer fee to accelerate the hire.

Placing a Job Order
The Integrity Staffing Team looks forward to serving you. At the time of your call, please:
- Clarify if the job order is Direct Hire, Temporary-to-Hire or a Temporary assignment.
- Provide thorough definition of the position – including specific job functions and requirements (experience, education, skills, software).
- Be prepared with the start date, dress code and other expectations.
- Provide contact information, compensation and benefit information.
