Placing a Job Order

The Integrity Staffing Team looks forward to serving you. At the time of your call, please:

  • Clarify if the job order is Direct Hire, Temporary-to-Hire or a Temporary assignment.
  • Provide thorough definition of the position – including specific job functions and requirements (experience, education, skills, software).
  • Be prepared with the start date, dress code and other expectations.
  • Provide contact information, compensation and benefit information.

Direct Hire

By utilizing Integrity Staffing’s Direct Hire program, you are able to focus on what you do best while we recruit and screen qualified candidates who meet your specifications. We refer top candidates based upon your essential job requirements and your workplace culture. You may interview candidates of your choice and feel confident with your hiring decision as our Direct Hire program is accompanied by a guarantee.

Temporary-to-Hire

Integrity Staffing’s Temporary-to-Hire option is a cost-effective way for both you and a job candidate to try out the “match” in advance of hire. This gives you the opportunity to evaluate whether a candidate’s skills and abilities fit with your organization. Through this program, the employee remains on the Integrity Staffing payroll while performing the job for you. At the end of a designated number of hours, or by electing an early buyout, the employee is eligible to move to your payroll.

Temporary Staffing

Integrity Staffing has a team of talented, skilled employees who are available to meet your short-term and long-term temporary needs.
