Founder and owner of Integrity Staffing, Ann Kelleher has been involved in the Staffing Industry since 1991, focusing on the proven employee. With 25 years of experience in human resources and employment, she believes that the attributes of experienced employees are best summarized by the word “integrity” – hence, the name Integrity Staffing.

Ann currently serves as a board member of the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Omaha Alliance for Business Ethics. She is a member of the Omaha area advisory board of the Better Business Bureau Serving Nebraska, South Dakota and Southwest Iowa.

Ann is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Human Resource Association of the Midlands. She is active in Toastmaster's International. Ann is a founding member and advisor of Christian Business Women's Fellowship, a part of CBMC International.

Ann is a native Nebraskan. She earned her B.S. in Sociology from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, and an M.S. in Urban Studies, with a Specialization in Gerontology, from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Julie Muessel joined the Integrity Staffing team in 2006 with
14 years of combined experience in customer service, marketing, training and education after working in the direct marketing, software, educational and insurance industries.

Julie brings a caring and focused approach to serving the needs of both our applicants and clients through Integrity Staffing’s Temporary and Temporary-to-Hire and Direct Hire Programs. Her thorough assessment of applicants’ skills and attributes enables her to effectively match them to positions where they can make a difference. This results in effective and solid placements. Julie applies her excellent communication skills to build lasting relationships and thrives on challenge.

Julie is a member of the Human Resource Association of the Midlands. She is an active member of the Greater Omaha Alliance for Business Ethics. Julie is an Alliance Programs and Projects Committee Member and serves as a facilitator for hosting biannual Business Ethics Dialogue panels.

Julie is a native Omahan. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Regan Pepples joined the Integrity Staffing Team in 2007 bringing a strong background in customer service and public relations from the hospitality industry.

Regan is often the initial contact with applicants. She immediately puts job seekers at ease as she visits with them about their employment goals. Regan's strong commitment to customer satisfaction makes her a natural for understanding client needs and quickly and efficiently resolving their issues by making quality matches.

Regan has a high level of energy for marketing activities. She is an integral part of the strategic planning process, performs research, facilitates marketing campaigns and manages the web site and databases.

Regan embraces each new opportunity with energy and enthusiasm. She is highly organized, efficient and resourceful. Her skills, attributes and fresh approach are assets that led her to quick advancement from staffing assistant to marketing & staffing coordinator.

Regan came to Omaha with her military family when she was in elementary school. She is currently working toward a Bachelor's Degree in Biology at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Melissa Kokenge is a graduate of Briar Cliff University with a B.S. in Mass communications. Prior to joining Integrity Staffing in 2008, Melissa worked in property management. Additional experience includes staffing and employment in the entertainment industry.

Melissa is the first person you meet when you call or visit our office. She makes everyone feel comfortable with her warm greeting and welcoming smile. Melissa's activities include screening applicants and guiding them through the registration process, checking references and assisting with payroll and marketing.

Civil war re-enactments are one of Melissa's passions that developed during employment with the Stuhr Museum of the Prairie Pioneer. On summer weekends, Melissa can often be found taking on the identity of a Southern Belle whose husband is away at war.

Melissa, a native Nebraskan, grew up and attended high school in the Grand Island community.
