Founder and owner of Integrity Staffing, Ann Kelleher has been involved in the Staffing Industry since 1991, focusing on the proven employee. With 25 years of experience in human resources and employment, she believes that the attributes of experienced employees are best summarized by the word “integrity” – hence, the name Integrity Staffing.

Ann currently serves as a board member of the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Omaha Alliance for Business Ethics. She is a member of the Omaha area advisory board of the Better Business Bureau Serving Nebraska, South Dakota and Southwest Iowa.

Ann is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Human Resource Association of the Midlands. She is active in Toastmaster's International. Ann is a founding member and advisor of Christian Business Women's Fellowship, a part of CBMC International.

Ann and her husband Pete love any excuse to travel to Washington DC to visit their three young grandsons and sample all 14 flavors of gelato at the National Gallery of Art. Ann also enjoys get togethers and traveling with the Husker Hotties -- her long-time college friends!

Ann is a native Nebraskan. She earned her B.S. in Sociology from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, and an M.S. in Urban Studies, with a Specialization in Gerontology, from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Teri Prochaska joined the Integrity Staffing Team in 2009 bringing valuable customer service experience and industry knowledge from her 14 years of service as a staffing professional.

Matt Elyea joined the Integrity Staffing Team as Account Manager in 2009. He is a Certified Personnel Consultant with six years of recruiting experience.

Matt is an enthusiastic, energetic relationship builder. He takes personal satisfaction in helping people grow in their careers. Matt especially enjoys seeing the positive impact being in the right job has in a person’s life. Equally satisfying is helping clients hire the right talent to help their businesses grow and prosper.

Matt is driven by challenge. He served on active duty in the armed forces for four years. During his military service, he instructed pilots and air crew in both the classroom and at altitude. A significant accomplishment was completing three years of study in the Japanese language and culture.

Matt is from Columbus Ohio. He majored in computer science while attending Ohio Northern University.

Matt has resided in Omaha for nine years. He and his wife have a four-year-old daughter. And, yes, Matt describes himself as a passionate Nebraska Cornhuskers fan!
