In addition to her analytical and managerial skills, Michelle has developed software and automated processes to eliminate redundancy and improve performance. She also has sales and marketing experience and is especially skilled at interacting with all levels of management and high-level customers.

She is known as a resourceful decision-maker who combines strong leadership, communication and analytical skill to help achieve corporate and client objectives.

Louise – Executive Assistant  

Experience, Attributes, Skills:

Family connections compel this skilled administrator to consider relocating to Omaha from Virginia.

Louise seeks a progressive company where her skills can facilitate growth.

Most recent position is that of facility manager and executive administrator. She oversaw the creation and administration of new company office space, handling vendor procurement, VOIP telephone and computer systems. As well, she handles the administrative support for senior staff.

Experience includes coordinating Investor Relations, support of high-level executives, and secretarial services for law offices.

 

Sarah– Human Resources, Management

Sarah seeks to transfer her considerable Human Resources experience to the field of education or health care Research, writing and presentations are areas she wants to pursue, whether in HR or general management.

Achievements include managing large compensation and benefit plans, including the analysis and reporting. As well, she has collaborated in audit processes. She enjoys knowing employees by name and answering their questions.

This candidate holds an MBA from the University of Nebraska system and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Cheryl Accounting Assistant

Experience, Attributes, Skills:

Cheryl enjoys doing the accounts payable process from start to finish. Her strengths combine solid office skills with depth of experience. Willing to work in Omaha or Lincoln, or anywhere in between.

"Dedication, organization and attention to detail" are attributes one former employer used to describe her.

In her most recent position, she assisted the Accounting Manager and non-profit accountant with journal entries, billings, credit card reconciliation, project budgets and accounts receivable. The closing of her office has Cheryl looking for the next "right position."
