Fuchs Hires a Winner!

15 months ago..

Tom Berger's customer service manager resigned to make a career change. Berger, President of Fuchs Machinery said, "I contacted Integrity Staffing because experience has proven they regularly deliver qualified candidates to us."

Paula Brewer was one of several candidates Integrity referred to Fuchs. After several interviews, Berger found her to be the match he was seeking.

Soar Like Southwest

John Lindo, Marketing Manager Field Marketing, Southwest Airlines shared several excellent business practices at a Chamber Academy presentation.

  • Southwest Airlines watches and waits for the right person. The company hires people for their attitude and aptitude. A compassionate personality is also important at Southwest.
  • Operation "Kick Tail" rewards associates for financial stewardship. Employees give out stickers when they see co-workers going above and beyond to be good financial stewards. After three stickers are accumulated, the employee's name goes into a drawing for prizes.

Pinch Hitters Meet Deadline!

A December deadline was looming when InfoUSA's Doug Waldvogel called Integrity for help. A 40,000 piece mailing for an important client was due out the door in just a few days. His own staff was ready to go, but pinch hitters were needed.

Staffing Coordinator Regan Pepples quickly lined up five temporary employees. Waldvogel said, "The size of the project seemed overwhelming. The Integrity Staffing employees stepped up to the plate and took ownership. It was a lot of work and a lot of hours for everyone involved. In the end, our shipment went out on time."
